How do I update the delivery address for my order?

If you have placed your order within the last 15 minutes, you can cancel your original order and reorder your items to a new address.

  • Go to your Orders page in your profile

  • Click “Cancel” next to your order

  • Once cancelled, click “Reorder”

  • Update the delivery address in your Cart and click “Place Your Order”

If it has been longer than 15 minutes, please provide your order number and new delivery address to our team via email at support@materialbank.com. We are happy to assist you in adjusting your delivery address.
