Change Shipping Method on Order

If you need to modify the shipping method for an order you've placed, there are a few options available to you, depending on the time elapsed since placing the order.

  • If it has been less than 15 minutes since your order was placed, you can cancel it directly through your Orders Page. Simply locate the order, select the “Cancel” option, and once cancelled, reorder the items by clicking the “Reorder” button. This will take you to your cart, where you can choose your preferred shipping method before completing the order.

  • If the option to cancel is no longer available, please contact customer support at support@materialbank.com for assistance in updating the shipping method on your order.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your order is shipped according to your preferences.
