How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed your order within the last 15 minutes, you can cancel your order from the Orders page.

This policy exists due to our overnight delivery system and rapid production processes, ensuring quick turnarounds to meet customer needs.

  1. Go to your Orders page in your profile

  2. Click “Cancel” next to your order

Once cancelled, you can always reorder your selected items by clicking the “Reorder” button. We allow cancellations up to 15 minutes after the original order was placed. After this period, unfortunately, we are no longer able to cancel an order. Please feel free to return any unwanted samples. Additionally, if the order is still in transit, customers can update the shipping information by promptly providing the new destination details. For out-of-stock items, customers may request special assistance, although this option is situation-specific and not guaranteed.

  • Act quickly after placing an order to maximize the likelihood of making changes before production begins.
