How do I delete my account?

Please note: If you are moving to another firm, you may update your existing account to fit your new workplace credentials by reaching out to support@materialbank.com with the following information:

  • Old email address

  • New email address

  • New company name

  • New job title/role

  • New company website URL

  • New shipping address

  • New phone number

We are very sorry to see you go! We hope that Material Bank has been a useful resource for you during your time as a member.

To delete your account, please email your reason for cancellation to our team at support@materialbank.com. Once we have received your request, we will begin the process of removing your account and may reach out with any additional questions.

Should you need Material Bank again in the future, please feel free to contact us at support@materialbank.com, or apply for a new account here.
