How do I reset my account password?

To reset your password, you will need to request a password reset link using the following steps:

  • Sign out of your account

  • Go to the sign-in page

  • Click “Reset Your Password”

  • Enter the email address associated with you Material Bank account

  • Click “Submit”

Please add “@materialbank” to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive all email

communications.

Once you have completed these steps, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password. In the email, select “Reset My Password” to update your account login information. Please make sure you are logged out of your account before doing so.

If you are having difficulty locating your password reset email, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to locate your password reset email, please reach out to our team at support@materialbank.com so that we may further assist you.
