Can I transfer my account?

To process a transfer request, we will need a bit more details regarding the type of transfer you wish to complete.

1. Moving to a different company

Congratulations on your new position! To transfer your existing account to match your new role, please email the following information to our team at support@materialbank.com:

  • Old email address

  • New email address

  • New company name

  • New job title/role

  • New company website URL

  • New shipping address

  • New phone number

2. Transferring account ownership

Unfortunately, existing accounts cannot be transferred to another person. Instead, we encourage other team members to apply for their own free Material Bank account.
