How do I start a return?

Updated over a month ago

Your returns process will vary depending on your location. Please follow the steps for your region.

United States

After logging into your account, click on your full name in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Sample Returns' to access the returns page. After submitting a request through this page, you will receive an email from Material Bank with your free return label. Please print this label and affix it to your package. If you are unable to print the return label, you may also bring the included QR code to a FedEx or Walgreens store. There, they can scan your QR code, print the label, and accept your returns package.

Troubleshooting Non-Receipt of Return Labels

If you don’t receive your return labels:

  1. Check Your Email:

    • Look in your inbox and spam/junk folders for the email.

    • Ensure that your email is correctly linked to your profile and filled out completely.

  2. Contact Your IT Department:

    • Ask your IT team to whitelist emails from @materialbank.com, as these may include important attachments or links.

  3. Update Profile Details:

    • Log in to your profile and ensure all required fields are completed. Save any updates before retrying to request the label.

Canada

Canadian users may encounter instructions to contact support for requesting return labels due to region-specific requirements. Steps include:

  1. If using a U.S.-based return address, you can generate a standard FedEx return label directly.

  2. For packages sent within Canada, request a Canada Post return label by providing your Canadian address to our team. Please include the shipping address you would like listed on the label, and we will be in touch shortly.

Using Personal FedEx Labels

If you prefer to use your own FedEx return label, send your package to the following address: Material Bank Attn: Returns 8465 Frontage Rd Olive Branch, MS 38654 Ensure the package is labeled correctly and shipped via FedEx for efficient processing.
