What to expect
In-stock samples: Marked with a blue checkmark and the note "Ships Overnight" when you hover over the sample image on the platform. These items are available for overnight delivery via FedEx.
Out-of-stock samples: Labeled as "Delivery Within 1–5 Days From Brand" and are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Some samples may ship separately depending on availability.
Out-of-stock samples are typically shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than Material Bank’s main hub. Once the brand receives the request, they usually dispatch the samples within 1–5 business days. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the brand’s fulfillment process.
Actions to Take for Missing or Delayed Samples
If you haven’t received your out-of-stock samples within the expected timeframe, here’s what you can do:
Contact the Manufacturer: Reach out to the brand directly for updates on shipping and tracking information. Material Bank often provides brand contact details for this purpose.
Request Assistance from Material Bank: Material Bank can send reminders to the brand to expedite shipment or provide tracking updates.
Check for Notifications: If you receive a fulfillment or out-of-stock notification email, it may indicate that the order has been modified or is being processed. These emails do not require further action unless specified.
