You can:
Cancel your order from your Orders page
Place a new order with any changes (items or shipping method)- Contact Material Bank's site operations team to request a cancellation if needed
After 15 minutes
Orders can no longer be modified.
Items cannot be added or removed
Shipping method changes are not guaranteed
You can place a new order if needed- If modifications are not possible, you can return the samples for free and easily
