Moving to a new company
If you’re changing companies, you can update your account with your new details. You’ll need to provide:
New email address
Company name
Job title
Contact information
Changing company name or rebranding
If your company name or email is changing, you can update your account once your new information is available to maintain access.
Transferring account ownership
Accounts cannot be transferred to another person. Each user must create their own account.
