How to update your Material Bank account details

Update your profile

You can update certain profile details directly from your account settings, including:

  • Contact preferences

  • Cell phone number

  • Office phone number

  • Company size

  • Primary and secondary area of specification

  • Job type

  • Job title

  • Profile address

Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure accurate ordering, communication, and access to the right Material Bank features.

Some account details can only be updated by our Support Team, including:

  • Name

  • Company information

  • Other account-level contact details

Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email

Update your email address

Email address updates are handled by our Support Team based on your situation, such as changing companies or updating login credentials.

Delete your account

If you’d like to delete your account, our Support Team can assist directly.

Having trouble accessing your account?

If you’re unable to log in or access certain features:

  • Try resetting your password

  • Check that your email address is entered correctly

  • Make sure emails from @materialbank.com are not being blocked
