How to update your Material Bank account details

Update your profile

From your account settings, you can update:

  • Name

  • Company information

  • Contact details

Keeping your profile up to date helps ensure accurate ordering and access.


Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email


Update your email address

Email updates are handled based on your situation (for example, changing companies or updating credentials).

Start a chat and we’ll guide you through the process and collect the necessary details.


Delete your account

If you’d like to delete your account, our Support Team will be able to assist directly.


Having trouble accessing your account?

If you’re unable to log in or access certain features:

  • Try resetting your password

  • Check that your email address is entered correctly

  • Make sure emails from @materialbank.com are not being blocked
