Using Boards

Boards help you save, organize, and share samples for your projects.

Save items to a Board

You can save samples to a Board directly from search results.

  1. Hover over a sample

  2. Click Add to Board

  3. Select an existing Board or create a new one

Once saved, you can return to that Board at any time to review or organize your selections.


Organize your Board

Boards make it easier to keep samples grouped by project, concept, or use case.

Within a Board, you can:

  • Add more samples

  • Remove items you no longer need

  • Keep related materials together for easy reference


Share a Board

Boards can be shared with others in a few ways.

You can:

  • Invite another Material Bank user by email

  • Copy a shareable link

  • Download your Board to share externally, when available


Access your Boards

You can find your saved Boards anytime from your Boards page in your account.

Using clear Board names can make them easier to find and manage later.


Tips

  • Create separate Boards for different projects or clients

  • Use Boards to compare options side by side

  • Remove outdated items regularly to keep Boards useful and current
