Monitoring the status of inbound shipments ensure that our Brand partners stay informed about the current location and progress at our Logistics Hub.
We recommend tracking your shipment to ensure all packages have been delivered and no damages were noted by the carrier.
If all packages were not delivered on the same day, please allow additional time for our Hub to receive the balance of inventory. Once inventory is processed, you will receive an automated receipt confirmation email.
If damages were noted by the carrier, please file a claim with your carrier for any missing samples.
If all packages were delivered on the same day, please log into your WMS Client Portal and follow the steps below.
1. Click on Transactions
2. Click on Receipts (RC)
3. Enter either your SKU Number or a Date Range
4. Click on Search
5. Click on the Blue Arrow to show line level details
