We do not provide separate returns boxes, and instead encourage you to re-use the original packaging from your order. If you no longer have the original packaging, you are welcome to use your own packaging for your return.
Please do not return samples that were not ordered from Material Bank.
When returning samples to Material Bank, we ask that you please follow these guidelines:
Only return samples originally ordered from Material Bank
Whenever possible, aggregate samples from multiple Material Bank orders into one return box to reduce packaging waste
Package samples carefully to prevent damage during transit – we can only reuse samples received in good condition
