Representatives from our Brand Partners are available to answer your questions at any point during your specification process. There are multiple ways to get in contact directly through Material Bank.
Inbox
Log in to your Material Bank account.
Click "Inbox" next to the ✉️ envelope icon in the left-hand menu.
Click "Rep Directory."
Use the search bar or filters to find the Brand Rep.
Click "Contact Rep" next to the correct representative’s name.
Type your message.
Click "Send."
Product Page
Log in to your account.
Select a product you’re interested in.
Click "Learn More."
If a Brand Rep is not automatically assigned, use the "Assigned Rep" dropdown to select one.
Choose a Brand Rep to assign them to your inquiry.
Select your project and type your message.
Click "Send Message."
