Boards can be shared with Material Bank members, as well as with non-members. Please review the steps below and follow the one best suited to your needs.
Share with a Material Bank member
From the Board selection screen
Hover over the Board you want to share and click the "･･･" (More Options) button.
Select "Share."
Enter the email address of the member you’d like to invite.
Click "Invite."
From within a specific Board
Click "Share" on the right-hand side of the Board to open the Invite settings.
Enter the email address of the member you’d like to invite.
Click "Invite."
Share with a non-member
Open the Board you want to share.
Click "Share" on the right-hand side to access the Invite settings.
Select "Copy Shareable Link" to copy the link to your Board.
